Thank you for choosing Lara's Signature Detailing Auto Spa (L.S.D Auto Spa). Please read the following policy carefully:

Pricing: We do not have set prices. Pricing is determined by the type of vehicle you own, the condition of the vehicle, and the location of where the services are taking place. An estimate will be provided after consulting your vehicle prior to appointment and a final price will be given after in-person evaluation of vehicle.
Appointment Reservation: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated price is required. This deposit is necessary to hold your appointment and will be applied towards the final cost of services rendered.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows, except if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, in which case the deposit will be refunded. If Cancelled 24 hours before appointment an issue of 25% will be refunded. A cancellation within the 24 hours will result in no refund.
Pre-Existing Damages: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to or on your vehicle. We will document and mark down the condition of your vehicle before service to ensure proper documentation.
Service Records: We maintain records of every service performed on your vehicle for future reference and to ensure quality service.
